You will need a credit card to secure a reservation with the hotel, and sometimes the hotel will require a deposit, which we will tell you about in advance. To cover the cost of this service, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of 10 GBP (UK pounds) at the time of booking. Credit cards given to hotels to secure a reservation are subject to that hotel's individual cancellation terms and conditions.
